Mary Dimitrijevski and Suzi Scremin are the Directors of Your Journey Support Coordination. Together, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised support coordination to individuals who need guidance in navigating their plans and making the most of their funding.
With a strong belief in the power of relationships, open communication, and transparency, Mary and Suzi are committed to delivering tailored support that truly meets each person’s unique needs.
Between us, we bring over 45 years of professional experience across diverse roles in the disability sector, along with 35 years of lived experience supporting our own families. Our deep understanding, compassion, and drive ensure that every participant is empowered and supported to access the same opportunities and life experiences as those around them.
OUR TEAM
At the heart of our organisation is a dedicated team of Support Coordinators who bring a wide range of experience, knowledge, and genuine care to the people we support. We work with NDIS participants of all ages and backgrounds, helping them navigate their NDIS plan with confidence and clarity.
