Mary Dimitrijevski and Suzi Scremin are the Directors of Your Journey Support Coordination, which
provides quality support coordination to clients who require guidance navigating the NDIS system,
understanding their NDIS plans and NDIS funding. We believe that strong relationships, open
communication, and transparency are key to providing quality and tailored support coordination to
each individual client.
Between us, we have over 45yrs of professional experience working in various roles in the disability
sector and have 35yrs of lived experience with our own families. We are passionate about ensuring
that every client is supported and provided equal access to the same life experiences and
opportunities as those around them.

Is to provide support to enable clients to live with Integrity, feel valued and have a sense of
belonging to live the life they want to live.
